Intelligence input on terror strike puts Delhi on high alert PDF Print E-mail
NEW DELHI: An intelligence input about a terrorist attack in a crowded market on Sunday once again let Delhi on high alert. The input from IB, which is not specific to Delhi though, states that market places are likely to be targeted by Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists on the eve of December 6, the day Babri Masjid was demolished.

The input was conveyed to all district police chiefs and they have been asked to maintain strict vigil in all market places. These include Sarojini Nagar, Lajpat Nagar, Ansal Plaza, Defence Colony, Connaught Place and Karol Bagh.
